Where you're never going alone. Because there's too much at stake to go solo. Our Operations Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Planning, Sales Operations & Logistics . You would be responsible for aligning demand, supply, and fulfillment. This role ensures a single, integrated operating plan across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, driving predictable execution and efficient delivery to customers. The essential duties and responsibilities include: Own demand planning and forecast consolidation across Sales, Product, and Finance. Lead the S&OP process and ensure alignment on a single operating plan. Translate forecasts into executable supply and production plans. Manage inventory strategy including safety stock and inventory targets. Oversee logistics and fulfillment to ensure on-time customer delivery. Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, CM Manager, Procurement, and Finance. Establish operational cadences and KPI reporting dashboards. Perform other duties as assigned. Develop relationships with team members built on trust and respect. Education and work experience requirements are: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field of study required. An advanced technical degree or an MBA is a strong plus. At least 7+ years overall experience in planning, supply chain, or sales operations. Experience with S&OP and demand planning processes. Experience managing logistics and fulfillment operations.
