About the Opportunity GSG is seeking a Learning Designer to support an Agentic Workforce initiative focused on helping employees understand, adopt, and effectively use AI-enabled tools, agents, and new ways of working. This role will focus on the human, learning, behavioral, and enablement layer of the initiative. The Learning Designer will help translate emerging AI capabilities into practical guidance, learning experiences, workshops, and embedded support that can be used by employees with different levels of technical and AI maturity. The ideal candidate combines learning and behavioral design expertise with a strong understanding of how modern AI tools and agents work. This is a non-building role; the consultant will work alongside technical resources to help ensure solutions are understandable, usable, and adopted by real users. Responsibilities Design in-context and embedded guidance that helps employees understand and use AI-enabled tools and solutions. Develop workshops, learning experiences, and enablement materials for different user types and levels of AI maturity. Help define how employees should interact with copilots, AI agents, and agent orchestration. Develop practical guidance covering what users should do, what they should avoid, when to use a tool, why it should be used, and how to use it effectively. Capture the skills, behaviors, and psychological considerations associated with each AI-enabled solution or capability. Create reusable learning and enablement patterns that can be incorporated into future AI solutions. Support the development of AI literacy across different business and employee populations. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand how employees interact with AI-enabled tools and identify opportunities to improve the experience. Translate user feedback and research into practical improvements to learning, guidance, and solution design. Support conversational and interaction design where appropriate. Develop and organize taxonomies, content structures, guidance frameworks, and learning assets. Co-document the broader AI methodology and system alongside the technical development team. Partner with technical resources to ensure that solutions are designed with the user's learning and adoption needs in mind. Help identify opportunities to create tools, guidance, and reusable resources that can be transferred to business lines and the Transformation organization. Work closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders. Work effectively in an ambiguous and evolving environment, helping shape the methodology and approach as the initiative develops. Requirements 5+ years of experience in learning design, instructional design, behavioral design, UX research, user enablement, or a related field. Experience designing in-context, embedded, or digital learning experiences. Experience with user research and usability testing. Experience with conversational or interaction design. Strong understanding of learning, behavioral, and user-centered design principles. Experience organizing information through taxonomy, content structure, or information architecture. Familiarity with AI tools, AI agents, copilots, and emerging AI-enabled workflows. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical users. Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills. Comfortable working in ambiguity and evolving environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing learning or enablement programs for AI adoption or digital transformation. Experience working with generative AI, copilots, AI agents, or agent orchestration. Experience designing learning experiences for employees with different levels of technical or AI maturity. Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry. Familiarity with responsible AI, privacy, security, risk, and compliance considerations. Experience developing embedded AI companions, digital guidance, or contextual support tools. Experience working alongside product, engineering, design, or AI teams. Experience helping organizations adopt new technologies or ways of working.
