- Promover alta calidad en el programa de inmersión al español desarrollado para la educación y cuidado de niños de edades desde 0 a 5 años.
- Apoyar a nuestra misión y visión para crear una comunidad cariñosa y divertida de educadores y familias para compartir nuestro amor de niños, idioma y aprendizaje
- Mantener relaciones positivas con las familias.
- Experiencia y educación en el ámbito de Educación Temprana determinará nivel de calificación como maestra/o Auxiliar
- Poseer fluidez en español obligatorio e inglés preferido.
- Tener excelente habilidades de organización, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Trabajar en equipo y profesionalmente.
- Observar estándares altos de asistencia y comportamiento profesional.
- Tener una actitud positiva, entusiasta y dedicada para trabajar con niños y sus familias.
- Participar en orientación y entrenamiento, otros entrenamientos profesionales requeridos
- Pasar la evaluación criminal del estado y tener autorización legal para trabajar en los EEUU.
- Proveer prueba de vacunas que son requeridos por el departamento de salud para niños en centros (Rotavirus, Flu anual, y COVID-19 vacunas son recomendadas).
- Habilidad física para poder cuidar a niños de edades 0-5 y levantar hasta 30 libras.
