Desktop Analyst

Overview Agility Partners is seeking a qualified IT Support Technician to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly visible, client-facing role during a major technology refresh project. You’ll be the go-to person in a walk-up IT Clinic environment, solving real problems and making a direct impact on end-user experience. This role blends hands-on technical work with customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Responsibilities Providing in-person, phone, and remote support for hardware and software issues Assisting with PC deployments, installations, and technology refresh activities Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in collaboration with users, vendors, and IT teams Managing and updating asset records accurately in ServiceNow The Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in a technical support, desktop support, or IT services role Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and basic networking Experience supporting users in a client-facing or walk-up IT environment Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT asset and ticketing systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, managing lists) Strong written and verbal communication skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience Reasons to Love It Be part of a high-impact technology refresh project with real visibility Work directly with end users and build strong client relationships Gain hands-on experience with deployments, asset management, and Tier 2 support Enjoy a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your work truly matters #J-18808-Ljbffr
