Title: Residential Counselor - MAP Location: Colson Way Randolph Pay Range: $20 - $23.75 Schedule: 40 hrs- Sun-Thurs 3p-11p

What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: TeachADLs(cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. ImplementTreatment Plansand behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications perMAP guidelinesand document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. What You Bring: High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred. MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification is required for this position. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months. Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
