EmpowerHome Team is looking for a driven Real Estate Buyer's Agent who wants to grow their production with the support of a high-performing team. You'll have access to qualified buyer opportunities and scheduled appointments , allowing you to focus on building relationships, guiding clients, and closing transactions.
You don't have to build your business alone. Our team provides the systems, training, coaching, marketing, and administrative support designed to help you spend more time selling and less time managing everything behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:What You'll Do
- Meet with motivated homebuyers through team-provided appointments and leads
- Build relationships with buyers and guide them confidently through the home-buying process
- Understand client needs and match buyers with properties that fit their goals
- Follow up consistently to convert qualified opportunities into closed transactions
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
- Manage and track your sales pipeline using CRM and scheduling systems
- Host open houses and maximize team-provided buyer opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve your skills and production
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Buyer's Agent who is ready to grow their production with the support of a high-performing team.
- Active Maryland Real Estate License required
- Available to work full-time with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Strong team player who takes ownership and follows through
- Motivated to grow their real estate career, production, and earning potential
