GD Resources is hiring a Procurement Analyst to provide comprehensive procurement and administrative support to Government, with an emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

GD Resources is hiring a Procurement Analyst to provide comprehensive procurement and administrative support to Government, with an emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support acquisition planning, market research, and strategy development
- Prepare and review pre-award documentation and solicitations
- Perform cost/price analysis and support technical/price evaluations
- Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeout activities
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports and dashboards
- Support compliance reviews and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (in lieu of a degree, 5 years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience will be accepted)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Familiarity with Federal procurement processes and documentation
- Experience preparing acquisition metrics and dashboards for NIH or HHS organizations
- Experience analyzing PALT, procurement workload, and contract performance metrics
- Experience with NIH reporting tools and acquisition data systems
