License/Certs: Active RN license, ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS
Experience: 2+ years in ER

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and prioritize cases based on acuity
Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic medical records
Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare standards
Participate in weekend rotations and shift coverage as scheduled

What You Need:

Current active RN license in Louisiana or appropriate state
Minimum of 2 years ER experience, including charge nurse responsibilities preferred
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, PALS (required)
Ability to work night shifts consistently
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
