Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license and certification (CA credential required)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 55 students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student development
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and session outcomes accurately
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and relevant school activities
• Deliver services onsite, ensuring students’ direct access to therapy
