How You'll Make a Difference

Collections at SitePro is about more than asking for payment. It's about understanding the story behind an account, finding the right solution, and building relationships that make doing business easier for everyone.

You'll manage our North Texas portfolio across five branches , partnering closely with customers, sales representatives, branch teams, and leadership. Your ability to listen, think critically, reconcile accounts, and have productive conversations will help keep our business moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Own your portfolio. Manage B2B collections for North Texas, review aging and account activity, identify payment trends, and take thoughtful action to reduce delinquency.
  
• Build relationships that get results. Connect with customers through calls and emails, working toward approximately 15 calls and 25 total touches each day while keeping conversations professional and personable.
  
• Dig in and solve problems. Research billing disputes and reconcile deductions, chargebacks, credits, and invoices to understand what's holding up payment and find a path forward.
  
• Work as one team. Partner with Sales, branch teams, and leadership on account priorities, maintain clear collection notes and reporting, and contribute ideas that make our processes stronger.
  

What You'll Bring

• A natural way with people. You can build rapport, handle difficult conversations professionally, and work effectively with different personalities-both inside and outside the company.
  
• Hands-on collections experience. Ideally, you have B2B collections, Accounts Receivable, or account reconciliation experience. Experience managing a sizable portfolio is a plus, but we value the right person and mindset just as much.
  
• Strong judgment and curiosity. You notice patterns, ask good questions, and are willing to dig into an account rather than simply checking a box.
  
• Comfort with the tools of the job. You're comfortable working in Excel, Word, and collection or CRM systems. Salesforce experience is a plus, and you're willing to learn new systems and processes.
