Collection Agent
Atlas Contact Center Staffing & IT Consulting
Nationwide finance company located in North Dallas seeks experienced collectors.
Must have extensive experience in collecting monthly payments from consumers on delinquent accounts. This position requires some PM availability.
- Making outbound calls to and receiving inbound calls from customers on delinquent accounts
- Negotiating Payments
- Skip Tracing to locate consumer information
- Maintaining performance results (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Following documented procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Databases
Requirements
- 3 Years collections experience
- Skiptrace experience
- Call center experience
- Experience with auto,loans,mortgage, 3rd party
- Experience with TLO or Lexisnexis a plus
- Pass background check
