Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality meals, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and presentation.
  • Develop creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
  • Collaborate with owner to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Desire to create a new concept.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and no evenings!
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
