The Company operates 71 manufacturing and automation facilities across 20 countries and serves customers in over 160 countries.Location: Mason Employment Status: Hourly Full-Time Function: Manufacturing Pay Range: ($43,492.00 - $65,238.00) Target Bonus: % Req ID: 30028Job ResponsibilitiesUses all safety equipment on machinery as well as all personal protective equipment properly.Demonstrates general shop floor safety.Demonstrates excellent attendance.Fills out daily production reports detailing work activity as well as any other paperwork required per procedures.Uses appropriate measurement equipment to confirm product characteristics.Operates material handling equipment.Uses hand tools to set up and operate the casting equipment.Inspects various casting components.Completes minor maintenance tasks of casting equipment.Operates casting equipment with varying controls while ensuring quality and completing other tasks simultaneously.Troubleshoots and corrects casting process problems.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
