Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Machine Operator (CNC & CMM) .

**Machine Operator **(CNC & CMM)   Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30.00–$34.00/hr, depending on experience
Location: Springboro, OH

Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of CNC and/or CMM experience required.
• Zeiss Calypso experience required for CMM operations.
• CNC programming or machine setup experience is preferred.
• Proficient in GD&T and its practical application.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD data.
• Experience using calipers, digital indicators, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate inspection and production data effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs. as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

About the Machine Operator Role

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment.
• Develop and operate CMM inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software.
• Run CMM programs to inspect aerospace parts, components, and checking fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, CAD data, and GD&T requirements.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
• Modify and troubleshoot CNC and CMM programs as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
• Collect accurate inspection data and prepare reports in the required format.
• Develop data collection programs for finished parts, subassemblies, components, and fixtures.
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot machining or inspection issues.
• Ensure inspections and production tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Store inspection data, reports, and documents according to established procedures.
• Communicate inspection results to internal customers and production teams.
• Assist with calibration and certification of inspection and test equipment.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform additional CNC, CMM, and machine operation duties as directed by leadership.
