Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and targets. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
