Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment. Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance. Support the Store Manager in achieving business goals and targets. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
