Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding basic vehicle maintenance, repairs, and issues that need to be referred to the main shop service advisors
- Prepare accurate estimates based on customer needs and vehicle condition
- Coordinate with Express Lane service technicians to ensure the timely completion of services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Promote additional services or products that benefit vehicle performance
- Stay current on automotive technology and service techniques
- Proven customer service experience (automotive environment preferred)
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Familiarity with automotive sales practices and estimating is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with Express Lane technicians and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
