Job Summary and Qualifications The Senior HRIS Solutions Analyst handles the Lawson Human Resources Management System (HRMS). This role will partner with various business and functional teams, give systems and process solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support HR system installations and upgrades. This role will work a hybrid schedule at our Sky Park location What you will do in this role Lead many, complex concurrent projects Interface with many levels/functional areas within the organization to understand business needs Help in development of appropriate design & process solutions Interface with vendors to ensure systems are operating as expected and issues are resolved Develop and deliver HR systems training for core user groups What qualifications you will need Bachelor's Degree No Travel Required 5 years experience Required Benefits Sky Park offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career, and retirement of our colleagues.
