POSITION:

The Sales Associate will assist the General Manager in generating new memberships by attracting new members and booking Intro Classes, as well as helping retain current members. Pilates experience is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training Ability to learn and operate the ClubReady software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient computer skills Occasional travel may be required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales processes Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual needs Maintain personal sales goals Promote the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider Present services to current and prospective members Book quality appointments to meet sales quotas Participate in events like health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community activities Develop selling skills continually Perform other duties as assigned
