- Set up and operate CNC press brake for sheet metal and light plate fabrication
- Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting table
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols
- Select tooling and determine proper bend sequences
- Apply bend allowances and account for springback
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and safe work practices
- 3+ years of CNC fabrication or machining experience
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement interpretation skills
- Experience working with carbon and stainless steel
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication (16 ga to 3/16")
- Ability to work independently in a production environment
- Press brake experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- CNC program editing or offline programming experience
- Background in job shop or low-to-medium volume production
