About the Position

We are seeking full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our team as Lead Providers at multiple locations throughout New Hampshire . This is a unique leadership opportunity for experienced APPs who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while mentoring and supporting clinical staff in a fast- paced urgent care environment.

Available Locations: Belmont, Keene, Plaistow, West Lebanon, Littleton, Concord, Nashua, Windham, Londonderry, and Manchester, New Hampshire.

Position Overview:

• Delivering comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages
• Serving as the clinical leader for all on-site clinical staff
• Mentoring and supporting new graduate NPs/PAs and allied healthcare professional
• Promoting evidence-based practice and high clinical standards
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical protocols

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted DEA license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80.00 – $85.00 per hour
