Dr. Emily Hrisomalos Facial Plastic Surgery is a high-end boutique facial plastic surgery office located in Zionsville, IN. We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a surgical or aesthetic practice. Superior customer service skills are required. This position is an integral part of patient care, and we are excited to bring on an enthusiastic new team member to leave a great first and last impression with our patients. Our front desk team member is not a traditional receptionist — this role is the cornerstone of our patient experience and the first impression of our practice.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Concierge serves as the welcoming face and organizational anchor of our practice. This individual sets the tone for every patient visit through professionalism, warmth, discretion, and exceptional reliability. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who thrives in a polished, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

· Deliver a warm, composed, and professional patient greeting in person and by phone

· Manage a high-volume phone line with confidence, empathy, and efficiency

· Coordinate scheduling for consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits

· Ensure accurate patient intake, registration, and documentation

· Maintain a calm and polished front office environment

· Communicate seamlessly with the clinical team and leadership

· Protect patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards

· Represent the practice brand with professionalism and discretion at all times

Ideal Background

· Hospitality, concierge, luxury retail, or client services experience preferred

· Has a passion for serving others and delivering exceptional service

· Medical office experience is a plus but not required

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Has a polished, professional and friendly presence

· Is detail-oriented, organized and tech-savvy

· Comfortable working with discerning clientele

Schedule:

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20/hour
