Develop advanced assessment, critical thinking, and patient management skills while caring for patients requiring a higher level of monitoring and support in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Requirements BSN required, or commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years of hire Minimum of 1-2 years of Stepdown or Progressive Care nursing experience required Critical Care experience strongly preferred BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred Schedule Full-Time Rotating Days/Midnights Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Weekend and holiday requirements follow departmental and organizational scheduling practices. Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
