Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 07:00 – 19:30

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Assess, triage, and manage a diverse patient population presenting with acute and emergent conditions
• Care for Telemetry Holding patients as needed, in addition to primary ED duties
• Accurately document patient care and clinical findings using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (California clinical experience required)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• Proficiency with Cerner charting — candidates without Cerner experience will not be considered
• Willingness to care for Telemetry Holding patients when operationally necessary
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level II+ Emergency Department
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and basic cardiac rhythm interpretation
• ACLS and/or TNCC certification
