Buff City Soap - Missoula is a creative retail soap makery looking for an outgoing person who enjoys making things and engaging with guests and co-workers. Qualified applicants must be detailed oriented and focused on expedient, yet high quality production and guest services. Responsibilities include making soap and other products. Everyone here does every job; including production, cleaning, shipping and merchandise management. We do not micro manage. We expect staff to be self starters, possessing the ability to communicate with a team and to communicate with guests. Participation at parties and events at the makery is a must. Must be able to move and manage 50 lb bags of dry goods. Must be 18. Must have reliable transportation. This means you own your own vehicle that you can drive at will. Uber and other rideshares, and/or the necessity for you to be dropped off/picked up is not considered reliable transportation. We need weekday and weekend help. This position is for seasonal work ending on Januarary 1, 2027 targeting 20-25 hours per week. We provide a working environment that is clean, positive and safe.
