Sales Enablement Consultant

2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Sales Enablement Consultant supports the sales team with valuable insights, training, and resources to drive successful customer interactions and achieve sales targets. What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and initiatives. Create and deliver sales training programs and materials. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify sales process improvements. Assist in the development of sales playbooks, scripts, and presentations. Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement. Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. What You'll Likely Bring Proven experience in sales enablement or related roles. Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop engaging sales training content. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data. Strong organizational and project management skills. Collaborative approach with ability to work well in cross‑functional teams. Problem‑solving skills with a focus on driving sales effectiveness. What Can Set You Apart 2+ years applicable experience. College diploma preferred. Location / Work Arrangement Hybrid (hybrid).
