Job Summary Medical Surgical With Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse Nights. Provide telemetry‑focused care to telemetry patients with a typical 45:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio, support the telemetry unit and primary stroke unit, discharge and educate stroke patients, maintain medication orders, conduct bedside monitoring, and document all care. Portal familiarization with the Nihon Kohden telemetry system is expected. Job Details Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Location: Beverly, Massachusetts Start Date: 07/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Shift: 12‑hour nights, weekends Saturday and Sunday Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Oversee telemetry patients, support the primary stroke unit, discharge and educate stroke patients, administer medication orders, manage telemetry monitoring, and maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.
