We are seeking an experience Sales Representative to join our team. This person would have the ability to grow within the company.
Good to know:
- At this time, only hiring Bilingual
- Overtime available each week
Schedule: Minimum 5 days per week, 9 hour days

Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers when they call or enter the store
- Determining if they are needing Sales or Service and capture their contact info and consult with them
- Assisting customers with their Sales or Service need (e.g., show them vehicles or communicate approx. cost for service/repair based on general guidelines)
- Closing deals in your department
- Cross-selling other goods and services when desired by customer
- Conducting pre and post delivery inspections
- Helping peers maintain a tidy front display area and neatly organized inventory
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in powersport or motorcycle sales/service is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Go-getter attitude and willingness to learn multiple facets of the business
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Honest, dependable, efficient / self-motivated
