Qualifications 5+ years of payroll processing experience. Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll systems. Proven experience processing payroll for 100+ employees. Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax withholdings, and payroll compliance requirements. Experience calculating and processing shift differentials and other complex payroll adjustments. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus. CPP certification is a plus. Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is strongly preferred.
