job summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to manage master project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Procore. You will collaborate closely with preconstruction and field operations teams to build and update critical paths for commercial building projects including healthcare, educational, and commercial facilities. Requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience or a related degree. Join the team and drive project success from day one!

responsibilities:

• Responsible for building preliminary schedules and master schedules by analyzing plans, specifications, takeoff quantities, and subcontractor data while integrating key project milestones and sequencing plans.

• Continuously updates schedules at least every two weeks using software like MS Project, Procore, and P6, verifying progress via site visits, project logs, meeting minutes, and photo documentation.

• Oversees NOAA weather logs, manages department budget and billing, facilitates team scheduling training, and provides expert analysis of project schedules for legal claims pursuit or defense.

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a P6 scheduler in commercial building construction, alongside proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.

• Actively partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade partners, and senior leadership to identify schedule risks, confirm scope requirements, and present critical path updates.
