Commercial Roofing Laborer - No Experience Required - Paid Training + Benefits
Location: Central Ohio
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Hiring Immediately

What You'll Do
As a Commercial Roofing Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced roofing professionals while learning the trade. You'll assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems on projects throughout Central Ohio.
You'll gain hands-on experience with:
- Roof insulation
- TPO roofing systems
- PVC roofing systems
- EPDM roofing systems
- Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
- Modified Bitumen roofing
- Standing Seam Metal roofing
Most work is local to Central Ohio, with occasional travel for select projects.
What We're Looking For
- No roofing experience required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
