Solutions Consultant

About the Role:

As a CBRE Solutions Consultant,will be responsible for working with internal teams to provide technicalsolutions

This job is part of the Sales function. They areresponsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold tothe clients.

What You'll Do:

• Help the business with specialprojects that support sales functions and strategic goals.

• Work with cross functional teamsboth internal and external for proposal generation.

• Develops cost estimates accordigto company guidelines, rates,etc, using stand pricing and estimationg tools.

• Develops, proposal content thatconveys the solution being offered including but not limited to technicaldescriptions, architectures, alternative comparisions, etc.

• Evaluates new technologies anddetermine whether they become part of the solution set

• High level of communication skillsrequired.

• Ability to manage manage mutipleprojects simotanuiosly while maintaings deadline requirements

• Act as the local software expert,assisting BDM's, support staff, and management in the use of the tool.

• Apply general knowledge ofstandard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks andsolve routine problems

• Have a broad knowledge of own jobdiscipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

• Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

• Impact the quality of own work andthe work of others on the team.

• May be asked to lead a team ofAnalysts, assigning work and training.

• Work primarily within standardizedprocedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

• Explain complex information toothers in straightforward situations.

WhatYou'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education willbe considered.

• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solveslightly complex problems.

• HVAC and Niagra knowledge required.

• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technicalexperience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicatedfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations.

• Travel requirement is up to 40% of your annual time. Trips will be overnight up to a weeklong. Back-to-back travel weeks arenot normal.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Solutions Consultant position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Solutions Consultant position is $120,000 annually [or $57.69 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
