- Provide expert ENT clinical care, focusing on minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Lead and develop a dynamic ENT team of surgeons and advanced practice providers
- Oversee department operations, research, and educational initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cancer care and innovative treatments
- Drive clinical excellence using advanced surgical technology, including Da Vinci Xi robotic systems
- Engage in community outreach to improve healthcare access and reduce disparities
- Participate in a shared call schedule supported by APPs and hospital teams
- Current Board Certification or Eligibility in ENT
- Prior clinical experience in ENT practice
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and innovation
