Project Manager

Project Manage The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. This role ensures successful project delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety. The Project Manager oversees all phases of the project lifecycle and serves as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction project. Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration activities. Manage and mentor project teams, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Review and approve subcontractor proposals, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation. Conduct regular site visits, project meetings, and safety reviews. Provide project status updates, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership. Support business development efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and assisting with proposal preparation when needed. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven experience managing construction projects independently from start to finish. Demonstrated success delivering mid- to large-scale projects on schedule and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project documentation, industry processes, and software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to project success. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience preferred. Experience within commercial, industrial, mechanical, HVAC, or related construction sectors is highly desirable. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone. Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate equipment and controls. Ability to reach with hands and arms.
