Clinical Respiratory Therapist Opportunity

MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Respiratory Therapist to join our client's healthcare team near Trent, TX!

Key Responsibilities for Clinical Respiratory Therapist:

• Shift Schedule: Full time night shift
• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including assessment, treatment, and management of respiratory conditions.
• Administer respiratory therapies and procedures such as nebulization, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical assessments and physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.

Qualifications for Clinical Respiratory Therapist:

• Current Respiratory Therapist licensure in Texas required.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Credentialed as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• BLS certification required; ACLS completed within six months.
• ENPC or PALS need to be completed within one year.
• NRP needs to be completed within one year.
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is advantageous.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
