Clinical Coordinator of Labor and Delivery

Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day clinical oversight and operational support for the Labor and Delivery unit. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for the multidisciplinary team. Assist in quality management and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, midwives, educators, and ancillary staff. Support the delivery of advanced maternal care and high‑risk pregnancy support.
