Are you a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Recruiting? We are hiring a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant to support a busy recruitment and HR team while working with candidates, employees, hiring managers and company leadership. This Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant position does NOT require previous HR experience—we're looking for someone with strong administrative skills, great attention to detail, and fluent English/Spanish communication skills who is ready to learn. Why You'll Want This Job

• $28.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule
• Long-term temporary assignment expected from approximately November 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 (assignment could end sooner)

Must Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required
• 2–3 years of administrative or office experience — previous HR experience is preferred, but NOT required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, especially when working with employee records and documentation
• Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates, employees, managers and executives, both in person and over the phone

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the recruiting team by answering candidate and employee questions, coordinating hiring activities and providing excellent customer service
• Assist with new-hire onboarding, including entering permanent and temporary employees into the HRIS system, preparing orientation materials, ID badges, parking permits, timeclock enrollment and other onboarding requirements
• Review and maintain employee documentation, including I-9 forms, work authorization documentation, DOT-related new-hire files and compliance records
• Update employee information in the HR database, process employee changes, maintain electronic and physical files, and handle regular scanning, uploading, printing and document management
• Support recruiting activities including fingerprint scheduling and follow-up, hiring events, candidate communications, monthly reports and temporary employee timecards

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience working in an HR, Recruiting or Staffing department
• Familiarity with I-9s, employee onboarding, HRIS systems or employment documentation
• Working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and HR practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced office where you're managing multiple deadlines, employees, candidates and administrative priorities
