Additional EU or UK passport/visa is a strong advantage Job Description We are seeking an exceptional Traveling Executive Private Chef for a highly confidential UHNW household operation based primarily in Florida, with regular travel throughout the US, UK, Europe, and Asia and seasonal work onboard the family's private yacht. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, technically strong, and emotionally intelligent chef to join a growing private service team supporting a very high-profile principal. Responsibilities Prepare refined daily cuisine focused on high-quality ingredients, creativity, flavor, nutrition, and consistency, aligned with the principal's preference for sophisticated European-style cuisine and macro-based nutrition goals. Develop and implement kitchen systems, recipes, logistics, and culinary structures from the ground up, ensuring elite standards and operational excellence. Lead the eventual development of the wider culinary team as the structure expands, transitioning into a rotational setup involving multiple chefs to support continuous international travel schedules. Collaborate with the family’s Chief of Staff to establish effective communication, support, and consistency across all properties and schedules. Adapt to frequent travel, changing schedules, and high operational demands while maintaining humility, flexibility, discretion, and a collaborative attitude. Participate in a trial period and tasting process, and sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of the selection procedure. Qualifications Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hospitality, private chef, or superyacht settings is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of macro-based nutrition, with the ability to create flavorful, nutritionally balanced meals aligned with dietary goals. High-energy “builder” mentality, ability to work under pressure, and desire to establish long-term operational excellence. Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and calmness under pressure. Legal authorization to work in the United States; dual US/EU nationality or strong international travel flexibility preferred.
