Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Registered Nurse role located in Great Falls, MT. The Aesthetic RN will perform and assist with medical aesthetic treatments such as injectable therapies, laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, and other non-surgical cosmetic services under appropriate clinical supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, reviewing medical histories, developing treatment plans, providing pre- and post-treatment education, and documenting care in accordance with clinical standards and regulations. The nurse will monitor client responses, ensure safety and comfort during procedures, maintain treatment rooms and equipment, and adhere to infection control protocols. The role also involves collaborating with providers and front desk staff, participating in trainings on new aesthetic technologies and techniques, and contributing to an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana, in good standing, with eligibility to practice in an aesthetic/medical spa setting. Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, safe medication administration, and adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols. Interest or experience in aesthetic procedures such as injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, fillers), laser or light-based therapies, and skin treatments. Strong communication and client education skills, with the ability to explain treatment options, risks, benefits, and aftercare clearly and empathetically. Attention to detail and documentation accuracy, including maintaining thorough, compliant treatment records and following clinic policies. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, support clinic workflows, and provide a professional, welcoming client experience. Comfort with learning new technologies, devices, and aesthetic techniques, and participating in ongoing professional development. Basic computer and electronic health record (EHR) skills, with the ability to manage scheduling, charting, and follow-up communications efficiently. Prior experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or a related field is preferred but not required. BLS/CPR certification and familiarity with emergency response procedures in an outpatient clinical setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Signature Med Spa
