# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiovascular Pediatric ICU – Colorado**Start Date:** August 17, 2026 **Location:** Denver, Colorado **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 4 shifts per 4-week schedule including weekend rotation; 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio for critical care

- Specialized 10-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU partnering with PICU resources for comprehensive support- Advanced cardiac critical care including post-operative management, continuous infusions, chest tube care, and open chest/post-sternotomy patients- ECMO Center designation serving medical neonates and cardiac patients with cutting-edge equipment including Centrimag, Prismax, and Arctic Sun technology- Meditech EMR system with Phillips monitors and Med Fusion/Baxter pump technology- Highly experienced nursing team averaging 10 years of experience with strong engagement and culture of safety scores- Collaborative partnership with board-certified pediatric/congenital heart intensivists committed to compassionate critical care

Requirements:

- Active RN license eligible for Colorado- Minimum 2 years cardiac critical care experience required- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required- Peritoneal dialysis and CRRT skills preferred- ECMO bedside experience strongly preferred- Strong organizational, communication, and teaching abilities
