We are growing our New Jersey team and looking for motivated real estate professionals who want to build their business in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

The Opportunity

As a Real Estate Sales Professional with The Bouzy Group, you will work directly with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Jersey City and surrounding markets.

This is a  full-time hybrid position combining client-facing activities, office collaboration, property showings, networking, and the flexibility to handle prospecting and follow-up remotely.

You will have the opportunity to grow your personal business while being part of a team with exposure to  luxury real estate, international markets, branded residences, developers, and high-net-worth clientele .

What You’ll Do

• Generate, follow up with, and qualify buyer and seller leads
• Conduct property showings and client consultations
• Prepare listing presentations and market analyses
• Prospect for new business and build long-term client relationships
• Market listings through digital, social media, and traditional channels
• Prepare and negotiate offers
• Guide clients from initial consultation through closing
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up through CRM systems
• Attend networking events, open houses, and industry events
• Collaborate with agents, lenders, attorneys, developers, and other industry professionals
• Stay informed on local and international real estate trends

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey real estate license or currently working toward obtaining one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable prospecting for new business
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using social media and technology to grow your business
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Interest in luxury, investment, and international real estate is a plus
