Manager, Business Operations

Lead daily operations for the Bedrock LCR portfolio to support business objectives, achieve milestones, and contribute to overall financial goals Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives to optimize resources, products, and services Develop metrics for capturing, analyzing, and reporting operating effectiveness Deliver recurring and ad-hoc business intelligence reports to senior management Contribute to pillar-level strategic planning, resource forecasting, budget management, and workforce data initiatives Direct and review the work of enabling functions and administrative operational partners, driving performance and accountability Identify and resolve moderately complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges Establish, maintain, and negotiate day-to-day relationships with key external vendors Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively Requirements 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or a related field Proven track record of implementing and managing operational cadences at scale Strong experience working with large, complex data sets to create insightful, strategic views and dashboards Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience partnering closely with Finance teams for budgeting and forecasting Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners within a highly matrixed environment Hands-on approach with strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting clearly and confidently to senior leadership Solid understanding of business operations, cross-departmental relationships, and relevant industry trends Experience supporting a Technology, Engineering, or Product-led organization (preferred) Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities (preferred) Demonstrated track record of having a strong bias for action (preferred) Proficiency or hands-on exposure to the Microsoft 365 Suite (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates strong financial acumen and operational expertise, with a proven ability to lead strategic planning, resource forecasting, and budget management.
