RN Infection ControlLicense for CA and five years' experience in an acute care setting. OR Master's degree in public health or related field and five years clinical experience. Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory standards that apply to patient safety and infection control.Knowledge of and expertise in microbiology, epidemiology, sterilization and disinfection, infectious diseases, antibiotic usage, and clinical practice.License/Certification/Registration requirements: Certification Board of Infection Control (CBIC). One year of experience in specialty in last three years.
