Figma is seeking a Director, People Partners for Product, Design & Engineering (PDE) to partner with our CTO and Chief Design Officer and lead a team of People Partners. You’ll coach leaders, shape org design and programs, and guide the PDE organization through rapid growth and change. This full-time role is based in our San Francisco hub.
