Landscaping Crew Lead (Class A CDL Required) $25.00-$30.00/Hour Base Pay + $1.00/Hour Attendance Bonus + Daily Performance Bonuses Location: Lagrange, Ohio At Blades of Grass Landscaping, we're on a mission to change the level of professionalism in our industry. We're looking for a Landscape Crew Lead who can lead a small crew, make smart decisions, maximize productivity, and deliver exceptional results for our clients. What You'll Do Lead and develop a 2-3 person landscaping crew Plan and execute daily work efficiently and safely Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service Make critical field decisions that maximize productivity and profitability Keep projects on schedule and within budgeted labor hours Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients Safely transport equipment, trailers, and materials using Class A CDL vehicles Perform pre‑trip inspections and maintain compliance with DOT requirements Take ownership of crew performance, jobsite organization, and overall results What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL (Required) Previous landscaping, construction, excavation, or related field experience Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini‑skids, and landscaping equipment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable Desire to grow professionally and advance within the company Compensation & Benefits $25.00-$30.00/Hour Base Wage (Based on Experience) $1.00/Hour Attendance Bonus Daily Performance Bonuses Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time OffPaid Holidays Cell Phone Stipend Year-Round Employment Opportunities Leadership Development & Advancement Opportunities Who Thrives Here?
