Patent Litigation Associate Electrical/Mechanical

REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have patent litigation experience as well as a background in electrical or mechanical engineering. BSEE/BSME preferred. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidate should have experience in taking and/or defending depositions, trial experience, brief writing, and oral motion practice before the courts.
