This role offers a consistent block schedule (7 on / 7 off) and the chance to work closely with a collaborative care team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. Provide inpatient medical rounding in a small, tight-knit facility Partner with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery and well-being Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and families on care plans, conditions, and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with inpatient experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team where your expertise makes a direct impact on patient recovery.
