More Information about this Job Status: Part-Time Department: Operations Reports to : Operations Supervisor POSITION SUMMARY: Are you looking to be part of a fun fast paced environment? Do you enjoy watching sporting events such as Baseball, Hockey, Football, Soccer and Basketball? We have many opportunities to work at these events as well as concerts throughout Los Angeles County. With more than 38,000 employees, Global Medical Response teams deliver compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services around the world. We provide end-to-end medical transportation as well as fire services, integrated healthcare solutions and disaster response. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Current EMT Basic skills and abilities
- Delivers high quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols and company policies
- Completes all appropriate documentation as outlined in company policy
- Reports all problems and unusual occurrences immediately to the Lead Paramedic or Supervisor
- Maintains a professional appearance by adhering to hygiene and uniforms standards.
- Other Duties as defined
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CA Drivers' License
- State of California EMT License
- CPR Card (American Heart Association ONLY, Health Care Provider. Hand written cards are not acceptable)
- ICS courses,
- IS-100B (ICS 100)
- IS-200B (ICS 200)
- IS-700A (NIMS)
- IS-800B (NIMS)
- 6+ months of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) experience
