Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for their Onley, Virginia patient service center. The role involves performing blood collections, specimen preparation, data entry, and patient interaction in a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
- Process billing information and collect patient payments as required
- Prepare specimens for testing and provide customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- Six months or more phlebotomy experience
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Compensation: $17.75-$27.69
