Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems from preconstruction through project closeout while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.Lead procurement of equipment and materials.Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and financial performance.Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.Resolve project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction.Support project closeout, punch list completion, and final documentation.Qualifications5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center projects preferred.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $100,000–$130,000 annually based on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysLife and Disability InsurancePerformance Bonus OpportunitiesVehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle (where applicable)Professional Development and Career Advancement OpportunitiesWhy Join Us?Join a growing team delivering high-profile mechanical construction projects across the Phoenix market.
